The real estate developer Vastint Romania announced that it has obtained the environmental permit for the residential project it will develop in the north of Bucharest. The decision comes six months after the submission of the documents to the Bucharest Environmental Protection Agency.
At the beginning of 2016, Vastint bought the 48-hectare plot of land from Teia Sponte for EUR 28.8 million. About 10,000 homes can be built on the land in the north of Bucharest.
