Investment real estate transactions fell by 42 percent in the first three months of this year compared to the same period in 2020, to EUR 85 million, according to data from the real estate consulting company Colliers. Of this volume, the office segment accounted for about 50 percent of the volume, it is mentioned in Colliers report “CEE Investment Scene Q1 2021”.
At regional level, investment volumes in Central and Eastern Europe decreased by almost 48 percent compared to the first quarter of 2020, to about EUR 2 billion.
The office sector was dominant throughout the region, in the first quarter of 2021, in terms of transactions, with a share of 50 percent of the total volume of investments, followed by industrial and logistics spaces, which are growing significantly.
