Impel requests the WSE to be withdrawn from trading on May 28

Impel applied to the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) with a request to withdraw the company’s shares from trading on the WSE on May 28, 2021, the company said.

In connection with the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of May 14, 2021 to grant permission to withdraw the company’s shares from trading on the regulated market, on May 28, 2021 […] the company applied today to the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the withdrawal of the company’s shares from stock exchange trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA on May 28, 2021, according to the company press release.

Last week, Impel informed that it had received a permit from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to withdraw from trading on the regulated market operated by the WSE. The withdrawal from trading will take place on May 28, 2021.

In December last year, Nutit a.s., as a party to the agreement of Impel shareholders, announced a call to subscribe for the sale of 1.98 million shares of the company, representing 15.41% of the share capital and 11.1% of votes at the general meeting. The shares covered by the tender offer were purchased at PLN 13 per share. In March this year. A compulsory buyout of the remaining shares was announced, constituting 4.73% of votes.
