The British private-equity fund Catalyst Capital has left the Romanian logistics market, after selling its four logistics projects to developer CTP, two properties in Timișoara, one in Arad and the other one in Caransebeș. The total value of the transaction was EUR 23 million.
For this year, CTP aims to complete warehouses with a total area of 300,000 sqm, following an investments of EUR 200 million. In March 2021 CTP had about 1 million sqm in development, of which 62 percent are already pre-leased.
