Hines, the international real estate firm, with a pioneering commitment to sustainability, announces a new lease that demonstrates how the firm has successfully managed and commercialized its office buildings, despite the pandemic. Electronic Arts, one of the leading American producers and publishers of computer games, has just renewed its lease agreement in the Ambassador Office Building. The company occupies 528 sqm on the 10th floor.

The Ambassador Office Building is a modern, Class-A facility, which offers approximately 177,000 square feet of high-quality office and retail space.
