Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych has started the expansion of its logistics center near Wrocław, which has been very well received by tenants. The BIK Park Wrocław investment is located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska in the commune of Kąty Wrocławskie, in the vicinity of the A4 motorway exit at the Pietrzykowice junction. As part of the project, a new warehouse will be built with a leasable area of approx. 22,500 sqm. The facility will consist of modules with a minimum area of 1,750 sqm, which can be combined depending on the tenants’ needs.
As part of the first stage of construction, which was already completed last year, approximately 25,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was created, which was fully commercialized. After completion of the construction works of the second stage, the target warehouse and office space of the entire investment will increase to 47,500 sqm. The logistics center is situated on a plot of 11.7 ha.
“We are constantly observing a very high interest in leasing modern warehouse space. Thanks to the possibility of combining individual modules, our investment can be easily adapted to the needs of both smaller and larger entities. Currently, we have started earthworks. We plan to complete the entire investment this year. At the same time, we are also conducting talks with potential tenants. The great advantage of our investment is the location in the immediate vicinity of the motorway ensuring quick access, “said Krzysztof Mucha Business Development Manager from Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.
“The investment will include innovative solutions increasing the safety of use. Will be installed, among others monitoring system for continuous control of flat roofs and preventing their overload. We also attach great importance to the protection of the natural environment. We plan to adapt the facility to the use of renewable energy sources, use energy-saving LED lighting and erect an installation for charging electric cars ”- added Krzysztof Mucha.
