SPV Marvipol signs preliminary contract for EUR 18.3 million warehouse project

PDC Industrial Center 141, the special purpose vehicle Marvipol Logistics (a subsidiary of Marvipol Development) and PG Dutch Holding I BV, concluded with Follonica a preliminary real estate sale agreement in Tyniec Mały (Lower Silesia), on which the special purpose vehicle is implementing a logistics and warehouse project for EUR 18.3 million net, Marvipol reported.

The conclusion of the promised contract should take place by November 30, 2021. The conclusion of the promised contract will be preceded by the necessity of a number of circumstances and events of a formal and legal nature, including the condition precedent, in particular obtaining tax interpretations.

Marvipol Development is one of the Polish developers. The company operates – through special purpose vehicles – in two basic segments: residential, in which it carries out multi-family housing projects, and warehouse, investing in construction and commercialization, and then selling commercialized projects. Company – following the division of Marvipol S.A. – as of December 1, 2017, it took over the development activity conducted by Marvipol S.A. from 1996.
