Impact Developer & Contractor recorded revenues of RON 39.3 million from the sale of homes in the first three months of 2021. They are increasing by 71 percent compared to the same period last year. The evolution is due to the increase in the total number of units sold, to 62 units, of which 76 percent represent premium units from the Luxuria Residence complex.
In addition to the units sold, on March 31, 2021, pre-sale-purchase contracts and reservations were concluded for 226 apartments from the projects in Bucharest – Greenfield Băneasa and Luxuria Residence, respectively Constanța – Boreal Plus, amounting to RON 125.9 million.
In the first three months of the year, Impact’s activity focused on expanding the Greenfield Băneasa complex with the first 544 apartments in the fourth development phase, completing the last 130 apartments in Luxuria Residence and continuing the works on the first 209 apartments and 18 villas of the Boreal Plus complex in Constanța. Also in the first quarter of this year, Impact continued its national expansion plans, by starting the procedures for obtaining the construction permit for 480 apartments in the Greenfield Copou project in Iași.
