The PJP Makrum Industrial Group wants to develop dynamically by expanding its internal structure as well as further acquisitions, the company said.
“In April this year, we opened another branch of Projprzem Budownictwo in Warsaw, which will allow us to continue the development in the field of industrial construction. We also completed the modernization of the production plant, which will significantly increase the production capacity in the field of parking and transshipment” – said president Piotr Szczeblewski.
“We are also continuing our acquisitions. We are interested in the existing entities, as well as the types of products and services that will allow us to increase the space in which we want to conduct operational activities” – added the president.
PJP Makrum last year, incl. as part of expanding the current field of activity with the offer of distribution and service of forklifts, platform trucks and warehouse equipment, he purchased 100% shares in DPS Serwis Sp. z o.o.
The activity of the PJP Makrum Industrial Group is carried out in three areas: production of steel structures, commercial construction and reloading systems. The company has been listed on the WSE since 1999. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 272 million in 2019.
