We want to continue in this direction. Within 5 years, we would like to buy another 5,000 newly built apartments in Central Europe, and now we are looking for suitable opportunities for investment and construction, mainly in regional cities and Prague. Of course, we are interested in all markets in the region, including those where we are not yet. Michal Hink has been at the forefront of legal advice in complex real estate transactions for many years. And we are very happy that he decided to join us. He will cover legal advice in Heimstaden in Central Europe, Germany and Scandinavia, as well as in other markets where we are and will be active. We want to build a larger legal team around it, which would be in charge of our future acquisitions across Europe, ”says Stanislav Kubáček, head of the Heimstaden acquisition team for Germany and Central and Eastern Europe.

“Heimstaden and Dentons already have a common history and both companies know each other from previous transactions not only in the Czech Republic, but in the entire region of Central Europe. Heimstaden has huge potential and investment appetite, moreover, in the market segment that is currently experiencing a big boom and will undoubtedly continue to rise in the coming years.

I am honored to be able to contribute to Heimstaden’s current success through the newly built internal legal team and help it expand into other European countries, ”says Michal Hink.
