Oaks Prague is opening a model apartment and will welcome its first residents this year

12 May 2021

Oaks Prague, a premium development project in Nebřenice near Prague, will present its model apartment, located in one of the apartment buildings from the Chapman Taylor Architects studio. These houses, as well as apartment buildings from the JTP studio, will welcome their first inhabitants this year. Oaks Prague offers not only modern living, but also leisure activities supporting work-life balance. The project, which includes a first-class golf course, is set in the Central Bohemian landscape and takes full advantage of the proximity of nature, offering its inhabitants a wide range of services.

The newly opened model apartment is part of the first residential part of Oaks Prague. Commissioning of low-energy apartment buildings, designed by major architectural studios Chapman Taylor and London’s JTP Architects, is scheduled for autumn 2021. Future owners will be able to choose from more than 39 unique apartments the size of studio apartments to duplexes of 190 square meters. The buildings also include commercial premises.

“Oaks Prague offers the best of both worlds. The town is set in the heart of the Central Bohemian countryside, and yet only 20 minutes from Prague. We worked with world-famous architects on the form of apartment buildings. The airy and generous space with a timeless design fits perfectly into the overall philosophy of the project, which is characterized by an active lifestyle and connection with nature. It is this atmosphere that we want to bring as close as possible through the model apartment, “says Kateřina Poláková, Oaks Prague Marketing & Sales Director.

A model apartment with a layout of 3 + KK with a large terrace offers, among other things, a smart home solution. The design is the work of the Kunc Architects studio. “When designing, we were inspired by nature and tuned the interior to soft, warm tones. Our goal was to underline the uniqueness of the sunny and airy space, “says Michal Kunc from the Kunc Architects studio.

From the very beginning, all residents will have access to facilities in the form of concierge, security and the newly opened Deli Bistro. In addition, the construction of a kindergarten for 40 children will begin next year. In the next phase, we are preparing a spa, a boutique five-star hotel and other sports facilities.

Last year, an 18-hole golf course with a PGA National license was completed last summer. The dominant feature is a classicist chateau, which was the home of the von Schüttelsberg family in the 19th century. The building is a cultural monument and is currently undergoing a sensitive extensive reconstruction.

“The surrounding nature is one of the most important aspects of the project and residents will be able to enjoy it thanks to the modified routes for walking, running or cycling. Our attention is focused on the restoration of forests, care for ponds and meadows, and we do not forget about the collection of rainwater. Sustainability is also a crucial parameter from the design to the actual construction of all parts of the project. We use natural materials, such as stone or wood, as well as modern technologies that guarantee the most gentle operation possible. All buildings are low-energy, equipped with heat pumps and smart home systems, “said Kateřina Poláková.

The Oaks Prague project is backed by Arendon Development Company a.s., which is part of the Decimus Real Estate group.
