Atenor announced the signing of the agreement for the sale of the 75.000 sqm Hermes Business Campus office project in the north of Bucharest. The buyer is Adventum Group, a boutique investment fund registered in Malta and run by several real estate professionals in Hungary. The sale transaction of the Hermes Business Campus project is valued at about EUR 150 million and is one of the largest transactions in recent years for a single project with offices.
The construction and real estate law firm, Albotă Law Firm, assisted the Belgian real estate developer ATENOR with the legal aspects related to the signing of the agreement for the sale of the project.
