Niro Investment signs with CEC Bank and prepares the reopening of Grand Hotel du Boulevard in Bucharest, with over 30 luxury apartments. The hotel will be reopened in the autumn of 2022 and is affiliated with the Maltese hotel chain Corinthia.
“The works for the commissioning of the Grand Hotel du Boulevard 5 * Corinthia Bucharest will be financed by a loan of almost EUR 13 million, which Niro Investment has now contracted from CEC Bank”, said the general manager of the company, Zsolt Nagy.
Grand Hotel du Boulevard is one of the oldest hotels in Bucharest, it opened its doors to the public in 1873, under the name Hotel Herdan, and was changed in 1877 to Grand Hotel du Boulevard.
