The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) sent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) requests to suspend trading in shares of 10 companies: Baltic Bridge, Fast Finance under restructuring, Invista, Noble Financials, Novavis Group, One, Sfinks Polska, Elektrociepłownia “Będzin”, Braster under restructuring and IDM.
The reason for the suspension was the failure to publish the annual report or the consolidated annual report for 2020, or the submission of an incomplete annual report or consolidated annual report for 2020 (i.e. not containing the statutory auditor’s report on the audit of the financial statements for 2020), within the time limit specified by law rights.
Trading in instruments was suspended from May 5, 2021.
The Polish Financial Supervision Authority emphasized that periodic reports are a key source of financial information for investors about companies listed on the regulated market.
