The construction company Campeador, owned by the Larionesi family, started the development of a residential complex with over 100 apartments on a plot of land on Viilor Street in Bucharest, recently bought from the chocolate producer Kandia for about EUR 1.5 million. This is the first project developed by the investor in Bucharest, a market on which it aims to expand. The residential complex has an investment value of about EUR 6 million, amount that includes the value of the land. The deadline of the project is May next year.
The Campeador Group has developed, so far, 7 residential complexes in 5 counties in Romania and in Vienna, with a total of 1,000 apartments delivered. The most recent completed project is an apart-hotel with 110 accommodation units in Cluj-Napoca.
