AFI Europe implements an innovative air purification system aimed at preparing buildings for unpredictable situations. Thus, this month the developer implemented in the three shopping centers (AFI Cotroceni, AFI Ploiești and AFI Brașov) a technology to improve air quality in buildings by installing a GPS air filter (Global Plasma Solutions), which uses NPBI technology ( NeedlePoint Bi-Polar Ionization).
The use of the new system in the three shopping centers has many benefits, among the most important being increased security for all visitors, employees and tenants, reducing by over 90 percent the risk of virus infection, and the use of environmentally friendly technology.
“In order to create an even safer space for those who buy or work in shopping malls, AFI Europe continues to invest in 2021 in this direction, and the endowment of the three shopping malls with these systems involved investments totaling EUR 650,000”, Said Sorin Scintei, General Manager of AFI Cotroceni.
