The developer Prima Development Group announced an investment of EUR 65 million in a new residential project in Oradea. Work on the Arena Residence began in January this year. The new residential project is being built on a 5-hectare plot of land and will have 1,226 apartments with two, three and four rooms, with areas between 40 and 100 sqm, but also penhouse apartments.
“All the developments in recent years have put Oradea on the map of cities with a high quality of life. Thus, more and more inhabitants from various areas of the country choose to move here, to enjoy a good life in a beautiful city, with quality buildings and a very well developed infrastructure “, says Andrei Moanţ, Chief Executive Officer – Prima Development Group.
In recent years, the company has also entered the Bucharest market, where it completed the Boemia Apartments project, has Core Timpuri Noi under construction and is preparing a project with 1,000 apartments on the shores of Lake Grivița.
