Develia has introduced for sale 196 apartments, which will be built in the third stage of the Ceglana Park investment in Katowice. In the next phase of the estate, the developer will build 3 intimate, three-story blocks, which will be directly adjacent to the pond and the estate promenade. As part of the third stage, a brine graduation tower will also be built. Its construction will start in the second quarter of this year.
Apartments to be built as part of the third stage of the Ceglana Park investment will have from 25 to 119 sqm. Some of the premises located on the ground floor will have large gardens with an area of up to 160 sq m. In turn, the apartments on the top floor will stand out with a spacious terrace with an area of up to 68 sq m. and the view of the pond, which is their undoubted advantage.
