Wallberg will reach a total investment of about EUR 100 million in the XCity Towers project in Timisoara in the next four years, in the context in which it will eventually include over 950 apartments, explained Alina Ciocoiu, deputy general manager of the Wallberg group .
The first building in the project comprises of 139 units and has been completed and sold in full, while the developer has also launched the second tower, with 148 units, which is 50 percent sold and will be completed in 2022.
“Starting this year, we will put into use a park of over 5,000 sqm, where it will be a very large playground, but also generous spaces for relaxation for residents. We have commercial spaces in each tower, we have provided 600 sqm, respectively 700 sqm”, added Alina Ciocoiu.
Currently, the company continues the development of the Sunnyville project in Brasov and is getting closer and closer to the moment when it will enter the residential market in the Capital, a move that it has been calculating for several years.
