GTC has completed the construction of the Advance Business Center II (ABC 2) office space in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia. GTC Advance Business Center II is a Class A office located in a lively business district in Sofia. The facility will consist of ten office floors with a total area of 17,000 sqm.
Advance Business Center II is the second GTC orientation development office set up within the Sofia Business Park. In addition to good communication by public transport and roundabout to the center and all major entry-exit points of the city, the office complex is surrounded by a variety of services and entertainment, such as fitness center, cinema, beauty salon, Park Inn, cafes and supermarkets.
This office building has already signed a contract with the first tenants, namely, GTC Bulgaria has signed an agreement with the World Bank for lease of 4,000 sq m in Advance Business Center II office building.
