The government has decided to allocate RON 1.5 billion for this year for the “Noua Casa”, a program through which, in the period 2009-2020, 305 436 guarantees and guarantee promises were granted, in a total amount of RON 27.82 billion.
The “Noua Casa” program is a government program for individuals, which facilitates the purchase of a residential property, through the contracting of state-guaranteed loans.
Starting this year, the beneficiaries have the obligation to conclude insurance policies against all risks according to the internal rules of the financiers, for the entire duration of the guaranteed financing, at a value accepted by an insurance company, but not less than the market value communicated by the financiers.
