The real estate development company Element Industrial announces the appointment of Andrei Jerca, the former head of the industrial department within CBRE Romania, in the position of managing director of the company.
“The pandemic has created new opportunities in the logistics market, in the context of accelerating digitalization and growing the e-commerce market. I accepted the challenge to lead the development of Element Industrial, continuing the expansion started in the Buftea-Chitila area, as well as in other key cities in Romania”, says Andrei Jerca.
The developer is working on a series of projects under the Eli Parks brand, logistics parks with areas between 50 and 60,000 sqm in Bucharest, Craiova, Bacau, Targoviste and Timisoara, as well as warehouses with smaller areas, grouped under the name Eli Xpress in cities such as Bucharest, Pitesti or Constanta.
