The first One & Only hotel in Herceg Novi and Montenegro, in the Portonovi resort, will receive its first guests on May 1, while the grand opening, announced for March 21, will be adjusted to the current epidemiological situation. Instead of a big ceremonial event, the management opted for the “soft opening” phase. The total investment for the hotel, including infrastructure, was more than EUR 200 million. The resort has about 140 rooms and villas with private residences and a marina. This is first foray One & Only into Europe.
The hotel will employ 222 people from May 1, 166 of them since January.
