The international property management company MVGM Group enters the Romanian residential market by taking over the management of the NorthLight Residence residential project near Cosmopolis. Built by Swiss Grain, the project was taken over last summer by the Topolinski family.

MVGM has taken over JLL’s property management division from several European countries, including Romania.
