The shareholders and managers of the Servernav Shipyard from Drobeta-Turnu Severin are waiting for the approvals for the construction of a block of flats with a few dozen apartments near the STB Repair Plant on Ștefan cel Mare Road in Bucharest. The project is developed through the company Sership.
“I bought the land about 3 years ago and now the authorization documents have been submitted. The project is underway. We are talking to the designer and the builder “, said Grigore Borîntiș, one of the Sership associates and the economic director of Severnav.
Sership recently received a town planning certificate for the demolition of the existing building on the land of about 1,000 sqm and the construction, instead, of a residential building with two basements, ground floor, 5 floors, plus floors 6,7 and 8 secluded.
