Iraqi developer Tomah Kahled, who is building the Roka Residence housing complex in the Timpuri Noi area of Bucharest, will hand over the project on Nerva Traian Street in May-June 2021, which is nearing completion. According to the company, promises are signed for 187 apartments out of 223.
“The work will be prepared for reception on March 25, 2021. The actual delivery is estimated for May-June 2021, depending on the date when we will have the individual tabulations,” say representatives of the ensemble’s sales office.
