Honeywell will open a factory in Chorzów in April 2021, the company said. The plant will produce advanced warehouse automation equipment that will support global logistics companies. 100 people will find employment in the factory.
It will be the second large Honeywell facility in Silesia opened in the last two years. In 2019, the Honeywell Customer Service Center for Europe was established in Katowice, which currently employs 300 experts in customer service as well as technical and administrative support, it said.
