Urbano Parks will complete in July this year the construction works for another 8,500 sqm of class A industrial spaces, within the third stage of development of the logistics park in the western part of Cluj-Napoca. Thus, the Urbano Cluj Vest industrial and logistics park will have a total built area of 25,500 sqm, the investment reaching EUR 16.5 million.
“Currently, the 17,000 sqm of production and logistics spaces, completed in development stages I and II, are functional and fully used by six companies, accumulating a number of 430 employees. Starting with January of this year, within the Urbano Parks project, we continued with the third stage of development, the construction of another 8,500 sqm of spaces”, said the representatives of Urbano Parks. According to them, the company plans to develop another industrial park near Turda, with access to the highway junction between the A3 and A10.
