The Artico office building in Warsaw has been awarded BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certificate. Artico is an A-class office building located in Warsaw’s Mokotow district. The eight floor building offers 7,600 sqm of lettable office space as well as 153 parking lots. The anchoir tenant is CBRE Corporate Outsourcing. The developer of the building is GTC.
GTC have a total of 18 buildings in Poland. Which have all now been confirmed with BREEAM or LEED status.
