First look at bespoke new offices for Graebel in The Flow Building

The Flow Building, a landmark development by Flow East on Prague’s Wenceslas Square, has welcomed leading global mobility company Graebel Companies, Inc. (Graebel) as its first tenant. With the interior design and fit-out for the company’s bespoke premises already complete, Graebel occupies approximately 1,000 sqm of exceptional workspace in one of Prague’s most desirable office locations.

With demand for corporate relocation services growing rapidly, Graebel looked for office space that can accommodate a growing workforce, with a people-first culture and an emphasis on employee happiness and well-being. As the company continues to hire locally, it sought a facility to attract the region’s top talent.
Graebel’s offices in The Flow Building were designed by Chapman Taylor, the company also responsible for the design of the building. A number of tailored working environments have been created, including themed meeting rooms recalling the company’s global presence, satellite phone booths, and quiet zones. Hot desking has been incorporated to maximise space efficiency. With a growing local team of more than 100 employees, Graebel will benefit from a spacious kitchen and a dedicated relaxation zone situated in the corner of the building overlooking Wenceslas Square.

The offices, which are situated on the second floor, benefit from The Flow Building’s emphasis on flexibility, sustainability and the wellbeing of occupants. A number of measures have been taken to optimise comfort, including parametrically controlled external shades which reduce solar gain and glare while allowing abundant daylight into offices. Building services are designed to maximise efficiency. Heating and cooling is provided by Air Source Heat Pumps driving a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) HVAC system. Services are arranged in zones to allow individual control while automatically reflecting occupancy rates in different areas. The distinctive 3D triple-glazed façade incorporates openable windows, allowing natural ventilation and giving users a choice for the ventilation of their spaces. The rooftop terrace provides all occupants with the opportunity to spend time outside without leaving the building, and to enjoy stunning views of the Prague skyline.

Graebel’s move to The Flow Building is the latest in its long-standing partnership with developer Flow East. Previously a tenant in Flow East’s The Forum on Wenceslas Square and Richtrův Dům in Malé náměstí, Graebel’s latest move has been implemented with the company’s hopes for expansion and the possible addition of team members in mind.
