Emerson Process Management has leased 4,050 sqm at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw. The agreement was signed for 10 years. Konstruktorska Business Center is a modern class A office building with a total leasable area of 49,500 sqm, located in the Mokotow business district.
The seven-storey offers the largest floor areas in the CEE region with 7,000 sqm per floor, providing tenants with full flexibility in arranging their workspace. The investment is BREEAM certificated on a very good level. Anchor teenants include PZU, Procter&Gamble and MoneyGram. The owner of the building is Golden Star Group.
