Today, Artur Pakuła, took over the position of Head of Project & Development Services at JLL. Pakuła is responsible for strengthening relationships with JLL clients in Poland and developing project management and technical advisory services with a focus on technological innovation, and a particular emphasis on sustainability and green buildings.
JLL is a company with a unique organisational culture, strongly focused on building relations, which makes me even more pleased that after 20 years in the real estate sector, I can continue my career here. The coming months will be very busy for our industry and focused on providing innovative and fully integrated services to help clients better navigate through the new normal. Pakuła previously worked at CBRE Poland, where he held the position of Head of Project Management and Consultancy Team and graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture at the Szczecin University of Technology, and studies at the Hanze University of Technology in the Netherlands. He also completed postgraduate studies in Property and Project Management and is a licensed Property Manager and Real Estate Advisor.
