Almost 60 percent of companies want to call their employees at office in March

Almost 60 percent of companies plan to resume office work in March, according to a survey conducted by Undelucram.ro, a platform for reviews about employers, salary information or the working environment in companies.

Most of the companies that responded to the survey are in areas such as Information Technology and Communications, trade / retail, financial services, outsourcing services, health, transportation and logistics, industrial production. The survey also shows that 17 of these companies returned to work (especially in shops / factories) at the end of the state of emergency (May 2020), and almost 22 percent gave up teleworking earlier this year. At the same time, almost 4 percent of companies planned for their employees to work remotely permanently.

Regarding employees who worked from home, 40 percent said they worked longer and were more efficient, 30 percent of them said they worked less time at home, but their efficiency increased, 18 percent of them stated that their working time and efficiency decreased, and 11 percent said that their working time increased, but their efficiency decreased.
