Wolf Theiss has leased 1,500 sqm at the Central Point office building being currently under construction by Immobel in Warsaw. The law firm plans to move to Central Point in this autumn, where it will occupy the whole fourth floor with an external terrace and half of the fifth floor. Central Point is located in the centre of Warsaw at the corner of Marszalkowska and Swietokrzyska streets and is being built as a 22-floor building with a total surface area of 19,000 sqm. The project is designed by Kazimierski and Ryba in cooperation with Arquitectonica. The investment is to receive a BREEAM Excellent certificate. The construction is expected to be completed in third quarter of 2021.
