Bouygues Immobilier informed that it will develop its eighth residential project in Wroclaw. The investment called Le Vert will be located at the junction of Pilczycka and Goslawicka Streets, near Pilczycki Park with a pond and Pilczycki Forest. The project will include the 4-storey building with a courtyard, designed on the plan of two interpenetrating rectangles. The scheme is characterised by simplicity of form with brick balustrades as theonly decorative elements. The project will offer 83 units ranging in size from 30 to 85 sqm including studios, 2-room, 3- and 4-room apartments. The ground floor apartments will have gardens, while the remaining units will have corner terraces or balconies. The residential building will be equipped with ecological solutions such as anenergy-efficient LED lighting, an air quality meter, waste segregation bins, a green patio, trees, shrubs and flowers as well as birdhouses.
