Stefan Konietschke is the new Head of TPM Construction at Tattersall-Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH, an owner-managed medium-sized property manager with headquarters in Berlin. He succeeds Frank Richter, who left the company at his own request to take on new professional challenges.
Stefan Konietschke previously worked as a Capex engineer in the Hamburg branch of Tattersall Lorenz. Even in his new role, the Hanseatic city will remain his official seat. The 42-year-old’s tasks include planning and project control for building extensions and conversions. In addition, the further development of the successful product of project control of repair and modernization measures in the managed building stock as well as budget support for necessary maintenance and Capex measures are his area of responsibility.
Stefan Konietschke has been with Tattersall Lorenz’s team since March 2017. Previously, he was Construction Project Manager at KVF Energy Ltd. As well as for SAE Biogas Ltd. and MT Energie. He has a degree in engineering (FH) in the construction and real estate industry.
