The real estate market of Serbia in the last quarter of 2020 was worth EUR 1.329 billion, there were 14.9 thousand sales contracts, and the most expensive was a house in Belgrade worth EUR 1.85 million, while the complex in Sopot was sold for 3 million EUR, is stated in the quarterly report of the Republic Geodetic Authority. The turnover of apartments was at 54%, residential buildings at 10%, and construction land stopped at 8%.
The most expensive square meter of an apartment in Serbia in the fourth quarter of last year was in Belgrade Waterfront and amounted to ERU 8,754, and the most money was given for the same apartment – EUR 1,426,888. In addition to this apartment, another 12 most expensive apartments per square meter were also sold in Belgrade Waterfront.
