Bucharest is entering the yellow level 1 – low today, after the infection rate fell below 3 per thousand, being now 2.96 per thousand inhabitants. The capital has 113,825 contaminations, in total, and 257 new cases, registered in the last 24 hours. The counties of Cluj, Ilfov and Timiş remain in the red level. The transition to yellow allows the organization and development of activity in the theater, cinemas and indoor restaurants at 30% of maximum capacity. It has not yet been officially announced what will open in Bucharest. The announcement should come after the meeting of the Emergency Committee.
