ERBUD has signed a contract with Capital Police Headquarters in Warsaw for the construction of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Minsk Mazowiecki. The contract value is PLN 22.5 million net. The investment covers the construction of a two-story Poviat Police Headquarters located at Lupinski Street in Minsk Mazowiecki with garages and a warehouse building. The deadline for implementation of the project is 30 months. Completion is scheduled for the third quartel of 2023. In 2014, ERBUD completed the construction of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Stargard Szczecinski. Currently, the company is implementing a series of construction projects in Mazovia voivodeship – including for Bouygues Immobilier Polska, a residential building at Grochowska Street in Warsaw, for YIT Development the project called Dom Mehoffera in Warsaw’s Białoleka district. The construction of a complex of apartment buildings is nearly completed as part of the Nova Krolikarnia district at Jasminowa Street in Warsaw for Ronson Development.
