The supervisory board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) dismissed Włodzimierz Hereźniak from the position of president and entrusted Artur Dyczka with the duties of president, the company said. Włodzimierz Hereźniak was the president of JSW from August 2019.
The company’s supervisory board adopted a resolution today to dismiss Włodzimierz Hereźniak from the JSW management board, who is the president of the management board.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board adopted resolutions on:
i) entrusting Artur Dyczka with the duties of the president from 18 January until the appointment of the president of the management board. During this period, Dyczko also remains the vice president for technical and operational matters.
ii) entrusting Radosław Załoziński as the vice-president for trade from 18 January. During this period, he also remains vice president for economic affairs.
The JSW Group is the largest producer of high-quality type 35 (hard) coking coal and a significant producer of Coke in the European Union. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2011.
