MicroStrategy, the NASDAQ-listed company has leased 3,000 sqm in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw. MicroStrategy was represented by AXI IMMO during the lease process. Skyliner is one of the highest office buildings in Warsaw, located in Warsaw’s Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sqm of office space situated on 34 floors. In addition to office space, some of the floors in Skyliner are dedicated to services, retail and restaurants. A two-storeyed Skybar situated at the height of 165 meters, offers a panoramic view over Warsaw’s city skyline. A 16 meters high lobby, is the highest office lobby in Poland. Skyliner is supported by 21 high-speed elevators (speed up to 7 m/s) equipped with an intelligent contactless system.
