Mostostal Warszawa and Vantage Development concluded an agreement for the construction of a residential multi-family project in Poznan. The contract value is PLN 47.60 million net. The investment to be built by Mostostal will accommodate 235 apartments. The building will offer nine overground storeys and one underground level, 5 staircases and a garage. The task also includes the full development of the area with elements of street furniture and outdoor lighting, as well as the construction of water and telecommunications connections, sanitary and rain sewage systems and roads. The building will be supplied with water, electricity and heat, sanitary sewage and rainwater will be properly drained to municipal sanitary and rainwater sewage systems. The usable area of the building will exceed 11 thousand sqm.
