Yareal has started the construction of its first residential investment in Gdynia called Kaszubski Square Residence. The 6-story building with 38 apartments and an underground garage will be erected at Kaszubski Square, near junction with Jan z Kolna Street. The building will offer apartments ranging in size from 39 to 162 sqm fitted with balconies or large terraces from 25 to 68 sqm on the top floor. The project received a BREEAM green certificate for sustainable building with the rating Very Good. The investment is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022.
