Skanska has started construction of the third stage of the Park Skandynawia residential project in Warsaw. The new stage of the Skanska project is located at Optykow Street and comprises two buildings with 206 apartments from 28 to 110 sqm. The scheme is to be BREEAM certified and entirely powered from renewable sources. The development was designed by MoonStudio architectural company. Skanska group is the developer as well as the general contractor of the project.
