The real estate developer One United Properties took over 20% of the shares of the facade supplier Glass Rom Impex from the owner of the company, Adrian Zamfir. The other partner of the company is Adrian Albulescu, head of project management within Glass Rom.
Glass Rom Impex has a factory with a production capacity of over 5,000 sqm per month in the IMGB industrial area in southern Bucharest. The company recently built and installed the curtain walls of the building in the Bucharest project One Mircea Eliade, being already a partner of One United, and among the most famous projects in which it participated are the La Stejari complex, the AFI Cotroceni malls, Promenada București, Plaza Romania and Shopping City Târgu Jiu or the Nusco Tower, Green Court Bucharest office buildings and the Oracle headquarters.
