Yareal has started the construction of the second stage of the Pozytywny Mokotow residential project. The buildings erected as part of the investment’s second stage have between 8 – 9 floors and one underground level. Residential units of different sizes will range from 30 sqm studio apartments to 112 sqm 4-room flats. The owners of the biggest apartments on the top floors will have terraces of up to 90 sqm. Yareal has become involved in expanding the district’s transport infrastructure. As a part of the project’s second stage, the nearby intersection as well as parts of Postępu and Konstruktorska Streets will be renovated. The company will be responsible for building a roundabout as well as several new bus stops and stretches of bike lanes. Once complete, Pozytywny Mokotow will enclose the entire quarter along Konstruktorska Street, enriching the area with 21 new shops, service points and restaurants that will be located within the complex.
