Polski Holding Hotelowy and PHN Property Management are to acquire Cosmar Polska Hotel, which will be operating under the name Regent Warsaw Hotel. The investment is a luxurious property located at Belwederska Street in Warsaw. Until March 2014, it was called Hyatt Regency, as part of the famous hotel chain, which, however, withdrew from cooperation with the owner of the facility, the Cosmar Polska. The investment was then renamed the Regent Warsaw Hotel, but Cosmar Polska was struggling with problems. Currently, the company is in bankruptcy, informed Onet.pl.
