J&T Banka has bought its headquarters from the company Gramexo, which is connected with the J&T group. The bank paid CZK 2.1 billion for the 8-storey building which offers 30,000 sqm of space and cost CZK 1.2 billion. J&T Banka moved into the building earlier this year after its completion. It was designed by Clifford Chance. According to the daily E15, the building has a capacity of 750 people. It writes that Clifford Chance provided legal services for the transaction. J&T’s real estate division was the developer of the building as well as of the rest of the office park around it, which was acquired by Korean investors in 2019.
