Construction has begun on a new residential complex in Predboj, 10 kilometers north of Prague, made up of 19 high-end, low-energy villas. Each of the 230 sqm homes in the project, called Brezovy haj, will offer 6 rooms and terrace on parcels ranging in size from 906 sqm to 1,233 sqm. The ground floors of the houses will include space that can be used as an office or guest room, while four bedrooms will be built on the first floor. Heating and cooling will be handled groundwater heat pumps, while the homes will be prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels. “The goal by the developer was to satisfy the high demands place on homes outside Prague,” said Sarka Ticha, of the Luxent – Exclusive Properties agency, which is exclusive agency on the deal. The project was designed by the Morix studio.
