Osiedle Jerozolimska, Cordia Polska’s fifth project in Krakow has received a building permit, the company said. As a result, 159 new apartments ranging from 39 to 87 sq m will be built in Krakow’s Podgórze district. Construction works started in the first week of December and will last until autumn 2022.
Jerozolimska consists of two six-story buildings that will be erected at the intersection of Wielicka and Jerozolimska streets. The project premiered this spring, it said.
“Jerozolimska is a project of special importance to us, among others because it is being built in Krakow, and this is the city where Cordia made her debut in Poland. It is here, as part of projects such as the Supernova estate or Cystersów Garden, that we have built so far. The most recent Krakow project, Lotniczówka, was put into operation just a few months ago. At the same time, we conduct activities in other Polish cities, including Warsaw, Poznań, Gdańsk and Sopot. However, we do not forget about Krakow and we can announce that we are waiting for more premieres here, “said Michał Melaniuk, managing director of residential investments in Cordia Polska.
Cordia Polska is a branch of Cordia International, belonging to the international Futureal group based in Hungary, one of the 10 largest development and investment groups in Central Europe. Cordia operates in Hungary and Romania, and since 2014 it has also been present in Poland.
